Kevin Bucher,  VP

Kevin Bucher co-founded Citizen Advisory Group in 2006 with his brother Jeff with the goal of helping area residents map out and implement a successful plan for retirement. Kevin serves in the role of Chief Financial Officer and is also an Investment Advisor Representative under AlphaStar Capital Management, an SEC Registered Investment Advisor. In addition, he has a life and health insurance license with the state of Ohio. Kevin is a member of the National Ethics Association (formerly the National Ethics Bureau).

In college, Kevin was a varsity letterman for the University of Toledo wrestling team, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (mathematics). He is a former high school math teacher in the Toledo Public School system and coached wrestling at the high school level in Northwest Ohio for 15 years.
