Jim Poling joined Citizen Advisory Group as a sales representative in 2009. He has been a licensed health and life insurance professional since 2005.

Jim graduated from the University of Toledo with a Master of Education in Integrated Social Studies and Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, coaching wrestling and officiating baseball and softball games. He currently resides in Rossford, Ohio.
